A PGDP-custom application created to help smooth the eventual transition from a MODCOMP-based data acquisition and monitoring system to a PICS (PC) based system. Receivs a special set of constants, called slope/intercept tables, from the MODCOMP (via FTP) when the tables are updated on the MODCOMP host. Any changes to the tables are posted to the static database and propigated to the 8800's and any other users of the constants.
