The following table gives the quality code which will be displayed with a point. If a point can have more then one quality code, the code nearest the top of the table will be the one displayed.

The secondary quality consists of the compositing of the primary quality and secondary quality of all other points used in the EU conversion of a point. The primary quality consists of four conditions: operator entered, point in test, point offscan, exception.
SpdsTest displays all of the quality conditions as a string of the above letters except the secondary quality is also displayed as a string of the top four codes in lower case.
The following table gives the mnemonic for the an alarm level, the proposed color for the PICS alarm display and the alarm level precedence. Zero is the lowest precedence.
