The Alarm Bar and Log

Below almost every screen's content area you may find the alarm bar and log.

The alarm bar will show the current, WORST alarm in the system in extra large characters to be readable from a distance. (This feature was designed and requested by the operators at a customer site.) A left-click on the alarm bar will open a screen that shows a history trend of the alarmed channel. The alarm bar may be configured to show only unacknowledged alarms, or it may continue to show the worst acknowledged alarm after all alarms have been acknowledged.

The alarm log is a list of messages that have been logged on the local node. The messages are logged using the color of the alarm condition being logged, or a light brown color for non-RM-80-alarm messages. The newest message is at the TOP of the list by default (but as with most of RMCS Display, there is a configuration option to place the newest at the bottom instead.)
